OUR HISTORY

WKSA is a private and independent organisation, with a well - proven record for excellence and dependability. Formerly known as WJM Construction, it was renamed to WK Construction in 1993 following a management buy-out. The company was founded in Cape Town in 1960 and, during the five decades of its successful growth in maturity, has expanded to offer a broad range of construction disciplines.

In 2005 WK Construction Natal, a subsidiary of the WK Group of companies was renamed to WK Construction South Africa.  As a result of a Management Buy-Out in 2020, WK Construction South Africa (Pty) Ltd is 100% black owned and operates independently from WK Construction.
